At Poppy's Norfolk, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of your purchase. During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal events, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we'll always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery: £3.99

  • FREE UK Delivery: On all orders over £40

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we're unable to amend addresses once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns

We hope you love every purchase from Poppy's Norfolk. However, if there's a problem with your order, we're here to help.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing studio@poppysnorfolk.co.uk. Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you wish to return an item because you've changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
